JUFA Hotel Veitsch

Skiing holiday at the children's hotel in Upper Styria

Ski in the family ski resort Hohe Veitsch, splash and swim in the hotel’s indoor pool and enjoy the region´s magnificent nature! The JUFA Hotel, designed for children is located in the Alps and yet at the gates of Vienna. In the summer, the popular hiking area thrills young and old with numerous leisure activity options.

A summer family holiday in Upper Styria provides many unforgettable experiences! As this region, with its nature rich in water and forests, has so much to offer: Children-friendly hiking and cycling trails along the rivers Mürz and Mur, a ride with the world´s oldest steam tramway, a relaxing trip into the green countryside, or to the Leopoldsteinsee. The Erzberg also waits to be explored and causes plenty of astonished faces when a gigantic transporter starts moving earth masses.

The mountain bike routes, for any preference, are a recommendation for adults, and there are motorbike – and off-road vehicle tours for some cool action. Don´t forget the lunch breaks! The Styrian gastronomy offers tasty regional snacks – it´s always worthwhile to stop over. During the winter, three great ski resorts attract visitors: Hohe Veitsch-Brunnalm, the magic Semmering Mountain or the adjacent Stuhleck. Children´s Land, night-skiing, tobogganing fun and après ski – you select your ski experience!

Wellness already begins in the comfy rooms, which decorated with plenty of wood and bright colours, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The spacious sauna area and the swimming pool provide a pleasant break, the cafe with its sun terrace is a popular meeting place, also in the evening. If you feel the urge for action, just switch over to the fun court. Beach volleyball, tennis courts and football pitches are available for energy-laden guests and ensure exciting matches!

Closed for renovation: Our hotel will be closed by the middle of May 2017!

Look forward to more modern rooms, a refreshed indoor pool and a great children’s world of adventure. From the 10th May 2017 we are back for you and look forward to seeing you!
