Questions and answers regarding the topics "Bookings & Rebookings".
Basically, you can book 1 year in advance, although during the main school holiday periods our regular guests have the possibility of a booking privilege for the same period of stay in the subsequent year. Should you wish to book more than 1 year in advance, we will, of course, be pleased to accept your booking.
At JUFA, you have the possibility to purchase a travel protection package on very favourable terms, in order to avoid unpleasant surprises in the case of cancellations and so you may fully enjoy your holiday. For any relevant questions, we kindly request you to contact the Booking Centre at +43 (0)5 / 7083-800 or email@example.com.
Basically, you will receive your booking documents by e-mail, however, we can mail them to you on request.
A complete overview can be found on our website where you can list all our JUFAs, according to topics, state, on a map or in alphabetical order. Under “Holiday”, you can search all JUFAs on our website according to your individual holiday.requirements. Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +43 (0)5 / 7083-800.
To secure your booking, please return the signed reservation offer to the booked JUFA Hotel (by email or fax). Please effect the deposit payment within the required date. The remaining amount can be settled on-site, at the latest.
If you wish to change your booking within the JUFA Hotels, we will gladly inform you about your options. Changes can be handled by the Booking Centre or by the booked JUFA. You will find our detailed Terms of Cancellation In your reservation confirmation.
The current daily rates and updated holiday offers can be consulted directly at the local JUFA or in the internet at www.jufa.eu/en/offers/.
With the exception of our opening offers, all our offers can be booked several times in succession.
Gift vouchers (coupons), can be swiftly and easily issued and printed in our online order system at www.jufa.eu/en/gift-vouchers/.
The gift voucher (voucher) can be redeemed up to the printed date (except for special action vouchers).
Yes, of course this is possible in the case of a gift voucher (value voucher).
These discounts can only be redeemed in the case of a direct booking via our booking centre or via the desired hotel.
No, you do not need a youth hostel ID. In our JUFA Hotels, all guests can stay overnight without a membership.
If you have contracted the travel protection package, in the event of unexpected bad weather, you can change your holiday booking on the same dates to a different JUFA Hotel for a very reasonable price. The applicable price shall be that of the JUFA hotel, at which you will subsequently stay overnight. A rebooking is subject to availability. One-off rebooking fee € 25,-
Questions and answers regarding the topics "Down-payment and Payment".
The down-payment amount for your holiday amounts to 33% of the total amount. Please refer to your booking confirmation for the exact amount and deadline for the down-payment.
In the case of an online booking, the credit card data on your MasterCard or VISA Card is stored as a security precaution and your account is only debited in the event of a cancellation charge. If you indicated “instant transfer” as the payment form, the specified amount is immediately debited from your account.
Yes, of course, this is possible. In this context, we kindly request you to contact the booked hotel or our booking centre or complete the section on your reservation documents and send it to us.
As soon as the down-payment amount is received by us, you will receive a confirmation from us for the down-payment amount via email. Should you not have informed an email address, we kindly request you to contact the booked JUFA hotel.

The rest amount is to be paid at the latest during your stay on-site (cash, EC card or credit card).
Questions and answers regarding the topics "Arrival, Departure & Thereafter".
You will find a description for the arrival in the supplement of your reservation documents. You can also find exact information on our home page, on the page of the desired accommodation, under the item “Location & Arrival”.
Almost all of our JUFA Hotels are accessible by public transport. You can find more detailed information on the desired page under the item “Location & Arrival”, or the front desk team of the booked JUFA-Hotel will provide you with more accurate information.
Most of our houses have free parking in front of the house or in the surrounding area. For more information please contact the house itself.
Basically, the reception desks are manned from 7:30 am until at least 9 pm. You can refer to the reservation confirmation for te exact front desk times..
Your room will be available from 4 pm at the latest. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage safely stored at the house. According to availability, you can occupy the room before 4pm. In this case, we kindly request you to contact the front desk.
Basically, you should be checked in.by 8 pm. Please contact the house beforehand, in the event of a later arrival.
We kindly request you to complete the checkout procedure by 11 am on the day of departure.
Subject to a surcharge of EUR 7,- and the corresponding availability, a late check-out until 13:00 can be granted. Please inform the reception desk on the day before the departure.
In any event, you can store your luggage in one of our baggage deposits until your departure.
Is it possible to place a new booking immediately after departure? We are very pleased if your stay was as you expected it to be and look forward to able to welcome you again soon to the world of JUFA.

Questions and answers regarding the topics "Facilities & Rooms".
The high quality and well-furnished double and family rooms, as well as the apartments are all equipped with parquet floor, shower, WC, TV (with satellite and international programs), safe, hair dryer and mostly Wi-Fi. “You can only sleep well, where you also really feel well” – our beds and wooden furniture are hand-produced in the integration workshop of our partner Team Styria.
A table with seating invites you to spend some quality time. The bathroom contains a shower, toilet, hair-dryer, towels, soap and shower gel. The towels and bed linen are replaced by our cleaning staff on request.

Many of our JUFA hotels are designed in such a way to accommodate and provide a most pleasant stay to people with diverse needs. Free internet access is available in all our lobbies. In many of the JUFA hotels you can also surf the internet by Wi-Fi in the room.
There are specifically designed rooms for our business travellers with mini-bar in our city hotels in Vienna and Graz . At all other JUFA hotels, although they do not offer mini-bars in the rooms, drinks and small snacks, available in our cafes, can be taken into the room.
The wellness and relax areas are at your disposal daily during your stay. You can find more detailed information in the information folder in the room and at the reception desk.
You are welcome to rent a JUFA wellness bag against a rental fee of € 5,- and a deposit of € 20,-. This bag includes a bathrobe and sauna towel.

No. All our JUFA hotels are declared as non-smoking hotels.
A list of the dog-friendly houses can be found here. The fee is € 10,- per day.
In all our JUFA hotels, there is a JUFA shop, at which you can purchase the forgotten item.
Of course, you can cool-store your medications with us.

No, we do not provide child care on site, but on request, the reception can arrange a baby-sitter. There is a wide range of indoor & outdoor adventure game areas for our small guests. Supervised children’s programs are available in the summer holidays at some locations.
At our hotels, we offer on request cot, high chairs, baby phone, bottle warmer and nappy. All of our JUFA Hotels feature wrapping stations,specially designed for babies. In the dining areas, there are children´s area with special cutlery for children.

Our breakfast is served as a buffet at the following times:
– Saturday, Sunday & legal holiday from 7:00 to 11:00 am *
– remaining days from 7:00 to 10:30 am

Yes, of course, this is possible. Please inform the reception on the previous day.
At the buffet, homemade jams, fresh bread and pastries, various cereals, milk, fresh vegetables, various cereals, different sorts of sausage and cheese, butter, a variety of spreads, fruit and much more are served. Our coffee and tea collection from Fair Trade tops up our offer.
We serve our lunch buffet in the time from 12 am until 1 pm and our our buffet dinner in the time from 6 to 7:30 pm. An advance notification is required at the front desk.
Our buffets consist of freshly prepared dishes. You can always between a meat dish and a vegetarian option. A salad buffet and fresh fruit is provided daily, as well as a delicious dessert. Of course, child-friendly food is served with the lunch and dinner buffets.
Breakfast buffet includes coffee, tea, cocoa and orange juice in the price. Water is always available. Other beverages for lunch and evening meals are billed separately. There is a wide range of soft and alcoholic beverages in the café.
If you have booked full board, our kitchen staff will be pleased to prepares a packed lunch instead of a table lunch for you. It will contain 1 unit. Fruit, napolitan manner, grain roll, salameti, Bell cheese, cucumber and a 0,5l beverage (mineral water on request).
Please order the lunch package no later than the day before at our reception desk. Guests with bed and breakfast or half board can also book the lunch package.
we offer pizzas, baguettes and various toasts at our cafés. In our kitchen cabinet, you will find bagels, donuts, fresh cakes and pastries. Additionally, we offer muesli bars, chips and pretzel sticks. Furthermore, our cafés serve a colourful range of different juices, wines and beers.
No. Our JUFA hotels do not feature room service. You can buy small snacks and drinks in our cafes and consume them in your room.
Yes. Please inform your incompatibilities at the time of booking. Our trained staff is familiar with the most common allergies. Lactose-free milk and gluten-free bread and pastries is always available on request.
Yes. Tap water can always be consumed at our JUFA hotels.
